Employer Matched Gifts

If you work for a matching gift company, your contribution to PBS Utah could be twice as valuable. Many companies will match your gift to PBS Utah through The University of Utah. Complete the four steps below and we will take care of the rest. Your employer will automatically match your generous gift! Thank you!

Step One

Find out if your company participates in the Matching Gifts program. If your company is not listed, please check with your personnel office. Your company may still participate.

If your company matches you may be able to access the forms directly through the search box above. Follow the set procedure, and PBS Utah will be happy to assist. The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Step Two

Request a matching gift form from your personnel office (if not available through the search box above).

Step Three

Fill out the form for any contribution you make to PBS Utah. Don't forget to sign it!

Step Four

Mail the completed form to:
