Here is a glimpse into what a month with PBS KIDS Utah Education is like!

Books! Books! Books!

One wonderful thing we get to do as the education team is provide books to the children across Utah. With the help of staff, volunteers, community partners, and educators, well over 10,000 books have made it into the hands of eager readers, with more to come.

We deeply appreciate the many people that make these initiatives possible: our spring intern Mina, the entire loading dock crew, volunteers, PTA members, school administration, teachers, and more. It's a beautiful thing to make things better by working together.

Celebrating Nature With Nature Cat

Nature Cat has started a Utah road trip. That's fitting, as Utah houses five of the nation's precious national parks, many national monuments, and a plethora of state parks and recreation areas to explore. He couldn't get enough when he and his friends visited the Great Salt Lake!

Nature Cat and his fellow nature adventurers set off to find the Colossal Cat monument. Then, it’s time for the Bugaboo Bash and Daisy needs to brush up on her bug finding!

Now, he's back for more and has been spotted with the PBS KIDS Utah Education Team at several locations including the Utah Cultural Celebration Center for West Valley City's Springfest, and the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art for their Family Art Saturday.
